Booking fee: Full payment to
secure the booking.
Change of date: NLS will try
to accommodate you on a new date to make the shoot possible. If the “change of date” happens within 48
hours to the shoot, you will lose R100 of the booking fee.
Cancellation of shoot: You
will lose 50% of the booking fee.
NLS Tuck shop: There is a small
tuck shop available for you and your clients.
Please make sure you settle the bill before you leave.
Over time: Please make sure
that you finish within the time allocated for your shoot in order to avoid
overtime charges. R80/hour.
Use of studio: If you have not used the studio previously, you
will be required to have an introduction session on how to use the equipment
safely and correctly. This will take no longer than 15 min.
Damages & breakages: Studio
property and equipment must be treated with care. Any damages or breakages
will be charged to you as the person hiring the studio at full cost on the same
day as your session and will be payable at the end of the shoot. Damages to any equipment /props/ property have
to be reported asap.
Liability:
- New Life Studio cannot be held liable or responsible for any event outside of its control that may affect your studio session - such as power cuts, etc.
- When using New Life Studio and its equipment, please note that NLS will not be liable for any injury or accident that happens to you or your clients, whilst using the studio or equipment.
- Public liability insurance is the responsibility of the person hiring the studio in order to ensure cover for yourself and clients whilst on the premises of New Life Studio.
General:
- No smoking in the studio
- Parking in front of allocated studio gate
- When your clients enter NLS they will have to sign an indemnity form before the shoot can commence.
By paying the booking
fee , you accept and understand all the terms and conditions above by New Life
Studio.
